Japanese Solid Model Archive preserves records of Japanese wooden aircraft solid models in both Japanese and English.
This archive introduces not only completed models, but also makers, working processes, corrections, decisions, and ways of understanding aircraft form.
Japanese Solid Model Archive は、日本の木製航空機ソリッドモデル製作記録を、日本語・英語で保存・公開するアーカイブです。
完成作品だけでなく、作者、製作過程、修正、判断、そして航空機の形をどのように理解し、模型として成立させていくかを記録・紹介します。

Kazu Fukuda / 福田和
Kazu Fukuda (1941–2009) was a Japanese solid modeler whose records preserve not only completed works, but also the processes by which those works were made, corrected, and brought into form.
福田和氏（1941–2009）は、日本のソリッドモデル製作者です。 福田氏の記録は、完成作品だけでなく、材料の選択、成形、仮合わせ、修正、表面処理、塗装、マーキング、組み立て、改修に至るまでの過程をたどることができます。
福田氏のページは、このアーカイブにおける中心的な記録の一つです。 そこには、ソリッドモデル制作における「形の読み取り」「修正」「判断」が、具体的な制作過程として残されています。

The archive includes both standard build records and reform records of existing completed models.
通常の製作記録に加えて、一度完成した模型を再び見直し、修正し、新しい完成像へ導いた改修記録も収録しています。
