Site Purpose
This site documents Japanese solid modeling (wooden solid aircraft models) in a bilingual format (Japanese/English), with a strong emphasis on reproducibility (standards, jigs, measurements) and archival preservation.
Objectives
* Preserve and transmit Japan’s solid-modeling heritage from the postwar era to the present * Ensure reproducibility by publishing criteria, jigs, and measurements * Provide resources for research and education (science/technology education)
Publication Policy
* Organize articles by author namespaces; store media in a shared repository * Cite sources and include access dates where appropriate * Record corrections/addenda via versioning and editorial notes
Bilingual Operation
* Publish Japanese and English pages in parallel, with succinct cross-links * Favor established modeling terminology over literal translation
