福田和夫氏（1941–2009）は、日本のソリッドモデル製作者です。福田氏の記録は、完成作品を紹介するだけでなく、図面の準備、木取り、加工、下地、塗装、最終組立に至るまでの製作過程をたどることができます。

特に Fw 190 D-9 の製作記録は、ソリッドモデルにおける「形の読み取り」「修正」「判断」を考えるうえで重要な資料です。
